Distintivo “H” is recognition given by the Departments of Tourism and the Health to food and drinks businesses (restaurants, coffee shops, etc.) for complying with these hygiene standards established by the Norma Mexicana NMX-F605 NORMEX 2004.

Programa “H” is 100% PREVENTIVE, it includes a training program to middle and high management staff, this training is given a certified consultant with background in medical areas, chemistry and biology, the information given is structured under guidelines given by a group of experts.
